Mini SuperDrive™

Conveyor belts Mini SuperDrive™  are common to SuperDrive™ belts,but they have smaller teeth size so they can “serve” gears with smaller diameter.

  SPECIFICATIONS

  • Smooth homogeneous surfaces without pores and crevices, which prevents the growth and accumulation of bacteria.
  • The fully integrated teeth on the engine side act as a positive offset system, reducing tension and eliminating lateral movement.
  • No fabrics are used for the construction, so the tape does not fray at the edges.
  • Great resistance to breakage and abrasion compared to hinged tapes.
  • Simple, hygienic construction of conveyors, without high-friction rollers.
  • Food certifications: FDA/USDA/USDA Dairy/EU Approved

• Medium hardness with a small pad: FMB-MSD-MC (Shore 46D)
  • Available surface textures: Smooth.
  • Working temperatures: -20oC / 60oC
