TEKCLEAN

ΤEKCLEAN is a new patented Antibacterial product developed under the request for utilization in human spaceflight environment by the “Cleanliness & Bio Resources” department of Thales Alenia Space.

SPECIFICATIONS

• It has been tested according ISO 22196:2007 “Plastics – Measurements of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces”.
• Standard PTFE surfaces support the bacterial growth while TEKCLEAN surface kills all the bacteria and prevent their growth.
• Good chemical resistance.
• FDA approved.
• Hardness: ≥58 ShD
• TEKCLEAN G901 has been tested to the following microorganisms:
  • Klebesiella Pneumoniae (ATCC 4352)
  • Staphylococcus Aureus (ATCC 6538)
  • Legionella Pneumophila (ATCC 33152)
  • Escherichia Coli (ATCC 25922)
  • Salmonella Typhimurium (TA100)

• Working temperatures:  +260 °C.
