SPECIFICATIONS

• Withstands steel splashing and a temporary radiation temperature of +400°C.
• The outer cover is made of glass woven fabric and is therefore flame resistant.
• For protection during transport and installation the hose has been provided with an extra thin rubber layer on the glass cord.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• Inner tube: EPDM rubber with insulating properties, beige, smooth.
• Reinforcement: synthetic textile and glass cords.
• Cover: EPDM, black, fabric impression.
• Temperature range: -30°C to +100°C.
• Withstands steel splashes and a temporary radiation temperature of +400°C.
• Electrical properties: R>10¹⁰Ω/m (insulating).
• Electrical strength in longitudinal direction >16kV per 40mm
• Working pressure: 10 bar.

APPLICATIONS

• Used as a cable cooling hose and as an industrial cooling hose for smelting furnaces at steel works, glass works, foundries, etc.
  
• Also for work sites having high temperatures or for applications requiring an electrically insulated hose.
