Funnels

Funnels are common use in food industries, where food falls freely from one point of the production path to another.

Our funnels are made from soft and flexible thermoplastic material. They have the advantage over the rigid materials (PVC , steel, etc)

• The stiff material construction (steel,hard plastic) can cause damage to the product that fall free and going through them. Our soft material protects the material from strain.
• The hard rigid materials may block the flow of products if they are irregular and bulky.
• The pvc materials may  crack or get destroyed  during removal and reinstallation.
• The hard rigid materials cause a lot of noise.
• It may look difficult to open and change the bolts.
• Steel materials do not allow the visibility inside the funnel.
• Rigit materials are harder to clean.

They are constructed by homogeneous materials that are suitable for food. They are also available in transparent form, as well as with the addition of special flanges for better connection and placement in the production line.
