Gaskets for plaqueoid heat exhangers

To avoid a leakage, a thin elastomer gasket is placed around of the plates and large clamping screws are being used to stabilize the plates. Elastomer gaskets are a vital point in the construction of the plaqueoid heat exhangers since they are responsible of the lifespan of the total equipment. Depending on the chemical treating agent, the gasket should have chemical resistance or/and heat resistance.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Most common rubber used: NBR, HNBR, EPDM, VITON
• There are two types of gasket installation:
  • With glue.
  • By clips. (For bigger resistance and pressure also offers an easy replacement and installation)
