Mini DualDrive™

Has the same characteristics as  DualDrive™ but is recomended for smaller scale applications.

Mini DualDrive™ is a fully extruded positive drive belt with drive teeth along the entire length of their lower side so that they move on one or more toothed wheels.

• The fully integrated teeth on the engine side act as a positive offset system, reducing tension and eliminating lateral movement.
• Extremely durable
• They do not allow lateral displacements.
• They are cleaned very easily:
  • They reduce the time and cost of disinfection (water and chemical costs).
  • Reduced maintenance costs.
  • Reduced energy consumption.
  • Reduced time of the belt being out of order.

SPECIFICATION

• Smooth homogeneous surfaces without pores and crevices, which prevents the growth and accumulation of bacteria.
• No fabrics are used for the construction, so the tape does not fray at the edges.
• Great resistance to breakage and abrasion compared to hinged tapes.
• Easy and effective cleaning.
• The surface has no crevices or hinges to aid the growth and accumulation of bacteria.
