Based in the port city of Piraeus, KMMB recently developed a specialised department for the service and supply of Shipping and Shipbuilding companies, with an emphasis on sealing and thermal insulation products for all types of vessels and ships.
Our catalogues include all types of asbestos-free gasket sheets, graphite products, and natural and synthetic rubbers which are used to make gaskets in any design (e.g. manhole gaskets).
We also offer a wide variety of gland packings, hoses, rubber profiles for lids and doors, as well as rubber insulation rolls with all required certificates. Our portfolio also icludes spiral wound and heat exchanger gaskets, as well as engineering plastics such as PTFE rods and plates. In addition, we design and manufacture fabric expansion joints.
We offer the best solutions for thermal insulation in shipping with materials made of ceramic fibers (non-toxic and with great durability, with all the necessary certificates) and with custom made insulating pads.
