• Designed especially for hard external stresses.
• Extremely flexible and robust, especially in the cold.
• Can stand max. vacuum of 90% and pressure of max 3bar.
• Inner tube compound is highly resistant to fish fat.
• The hose is manufactured to use BLOC-END® couplings inaluminum,
  which is mounted outside the hose (ID 254-355).
• Very flexible coupling solutions. Whatever coupling solution you choose between cuff and swivel flange, the
  coupling may later be cut off, and the hoses will be ready for BLOC-END® couplers (ID 254-355).
• Smooth tube and no sharp edges inside the hose means no damage on the fish.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• Inner tube: abrasion resistant SBR/NBR, black, smooth.
• Reinforcement: synthetic textile with embedded steel helix.
• Cover: SBR/NBR, black, ID 254-355: corrugated, ID 405-508: smooth cover.
• Temperature range: -30°C to +70°C..
• Working temperature: 3 bar.
• Max vacuum: 0,9 bar.

APPLICATIONS

• Rubber hose for transport of fish, designed specially for vacuum pumps. Same hose can be used on both sides of the pump,
  both on the pressure and vacuum side.
• The hose can be delivered with very flexible coupling solutions, either BLOC-END® (ID 254-355), vulcanized swivel flange or
  cuffs.
