We manufacture gaskets from any kind of material, according to the specifications of all international standards (DIN, EN, ASME, JIS). In addition, we produce all types of non-standard gaskets, according to the dimensions and shape required for our customers’ applications.
For the production of flat gaskets, we use eccentric presses, cutting machines with drive head, etc. In addition, our products can be cut using CNC or water-jet cutting machines, depending on the material and size.
Examples of applications: gaskets for shipping, industry, automotive sector, refrigeration, industrial and agricultural machinery, plumbing applications, etc.
We have the possibility to manufacture non-standard sizes and formats. The manufacturing process of the gaskets with special cutting machines ensures high flexibility. It is ideal for developing prototypes for test purposes and for precision cutting of components or large gaskets, as well as simple or complex 2D geometries.
As data we need CAD files, preferably in DXF or DWG format, which can be subsequently converted into a CNC program.
